Salut, Bboop.
D'ordinaire, je ne fais que corriger. A toi de trouver les idées qui plairont à ton/ta prof.

1. What are the pros and cons of online education?
One advantage of online education (faute : virgule) is the ability to budget your time. In fact, you can manage your time as you please. You are master of your time and your education, which means you are, in one respect, your own teacher. At home, you are obliged to find your own way and take charge of your own learning; while at a real school, with a teacher in front of you, you can can ask a teacher to help you, and you have deadlines on all of your class and homework set by your teachers. Academically speaking, parents who are interested in online education say that they can control what ther children do and see at all times. This option (faute : virgule) seems to suit the personalities of certain children who, like Sara Barnes, wants to separate school and relationships. If, on the other hand, a teenager takes courses online, he can be sure that nobody will distract him; but he risks being cut off from the outside world. High school is about learning to live in a community. You learn to share, to express yourself, to respect others and to win respect ... things you don't learn by staying at home.
2. If you were given the choice, would you consider home schooling? Why or why not?
If I could choose between high school or home schooling, I would opt for going to high school because you meet people that you would never meet if you stayed at home. In the end, I would wind up hating having to stay at home because I couldn't stand staying in one spot 27/7. However, when you have to leave the house to work or study, it's usually a pleasure to come home after a hard day's work. And from my point of view, the "real" world is outside one's home, and not inside.
