General motor has taking back from it crown from Toyota from the leading manufacturing in
the world

GM was the main car manufacturer in the world until 2006. In spite of it success for 76 years it lose their leadership taken back away by Toyota.

During the years 2007, those brands were stiff competition, but finally GM won this struggle.

GM decided to broaden its market to other developing countries like Brasilia or China.

Indeed those countries are very attractive for GM due to the new kind of consumers who have climbed the social ladder and consequently want to buy theirs own cars.

GM foresee that very soon it will buy more that 60% of its production out of America.

However this situation is very tricky, on the one hand Toyota has decreased its production of 4 % and seem to stabilize it production at this level.

But on the other hand Toyota is very prized because of the smallness of fuel consumption particulary nowadays where gas is more and more expensive which mean that big cylinder are less affordable.

Nevertheless, Toyota hasn’t said its last world.

Toyota has trigger a huge increase of it capacity production. And expect to do better than GM who have to shut many manufacture in the USA. This way we can expect that Toyota will have the leadership.

But on the other hand, Toyota is very prized because of the low fuel consumption its cars offer, particulary nowadays when gas is more and more expensive and cars with 6 or 8 cylinders are no longer practical.

Nevertheless, Toyota hasn’t breathed its last.

Toyota has triggered a huge increase of its production capacity, and expects to do better than GM which has had to shut down many of its manufacturing plants in the USA. As a result, we can expect Toyota to take the lead once again.
