EXPRESSION
-What's the name of the company you worked for before you quit?
-Continental Airlines.
-What was your job title?
-Ticket agent.
-How long did you work there?
-Almost 5 years.
-What were your expectations for the job and to what extent were they met?
-I was expecting to work there for the rest of my life, and I thought I'd be able to move up the corporate ladder as time went by.
-What were your starting and final levels of compensation?
-I started out getting paid about $25,000 a year and five years later, I had already reached $35,000.
-What were your responsibilities?
-My duties included customer service, such as handling ticket purchases and reservations, assigning passenger seats according to first or second class travel, and generally answering passenger's questions. I was already being considered for promotion.
-What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them?
-I would say the major challenge I faced was dealing with the extremely large volume of passengers and their frustrations when flights were delayed or cancelled. It could get very stressful at times, but I always managed to control my emotions.
-What was it like working for your supervisor?
-It was a pleasure working for my supervisor. She was always very helpful.
-Why are you leaving your job?
-Those employees who hadn't been working at the airline for a very long time were told that because of the need to downsize, Continental had to let them go. I was obviously one of those.
-Tell me about yourself.
-I'm an experienced customer service representative who has good interpersonal skills, a passion for dealing with all kinds of people, and a desire to contribute as much as I can to the company I work for.
-If the people who know you were asked why you should be hired, what would they say?
-They would say that I'm a punctual and dedicated worker.
-Do you prefer to work independently or on a team?
-I enjoy working with people, but I'm quite comfortable working independently as well.
-Why should we hire you?
-I firmly believe I have both the experience and the qualifications to contribute much to your company.

TRADUCTION
