The difference between the manager and leader:

The leader always knows where it goes. It must provide to those which follow it the direction to be followed. Admittedly, the manager is able to
turn his team towards the realization of preset goals, but from his capacity of
visionary, the leader must be able with the premium access to give a clear idea
of what these goals must be. The leaders are visionaries, the precursors of the
main tendencies. They are truths actors of the thought and the strategic
reflexion whereas the managers have the reputation to be fine tacticians. The
leaders define the vision, the mission and the specific objectives of an
organization. The managers coordinate the details of the implementation of the
definite plans.
