Bill does not see CCPL like a sideshow because many people want to create their one music and share with people but they want have some right for their creation. CCPL give them this right. This license give the opportunities to create with many people and it's why it will be not just an epiphenomena.

Speaking section: using your notes where necessary, describe what you have learned about CC. Who do you agree with, the Canadian who defends copyright or Bill Thompson? Send as attached.

Creative commons is a licence that allow artists to give right at their creation without be restrictive like the copyright. The Canadian says the artists have not any benefit for their creation with this licence because most of people are downloading music without pay. This licence just give a way to download legally music that normally is not without this licence.
I am not agree with a copyright and I prefer the way of Creative commons. I think some artists have not seen the emergence of the internet and didn't known how take this advantage for them.
I think there is many way to have contribution without be in illegal way each time we download a music. They are some interesting alternative like propose a voluntary contribution for each download or a bill between artists.
We must remember in France there is ever a tax for each rewritable CD for give a retribution at the big musical companies. Today we can see in France the Hadopi law that clearly affect our private freedoms. This law will allow the authority to check what we are doing on the net. And each time a law is past for illegal download, we can see the benefit goes at the big artists and their companies.
We can see although little artist are never against the Internet because it is a great vector for become known. We also can see some artists have been famous with the web. In a normal way they will probably be unknown forever. So we should not give all worst about illegal download.
I think creation is something we must share, and each support is good for this. Maybe the big artist should find a new way to be creative with this new support. There is always a way to have a contribution for the work we are doing. It must be fair and igual for every body. Concert is a good way to have a contribution. Each time a new support has been created, big musical companies and big artists have been afraid to loose their influence. But they are always here and the Internet is an unprecedented opportunities to invent a new way for be creative and share these creations with others. I think the debate is not to know if we are all guilty to have download illegally a music or a film but how the artists must be more creative than ever and big companies must find a new way to give contribution at their artists.

You will read the First section below, then translate 1 or 2. into English.

For some years, the digitization of the publishing process has also had an impact on the printing of books until books themselves would become electronic. The goal of digitizing this step is to cut down on duplication delays, and finally to personalize the documents, thus lowering printing costs of quantities that are based on need. Micro-editors and those who self publish find a means of publishing books at a very low cost in comparison with classical techniques by using a laser printer or an inkjet printer. Digital printing is better suited to communication documents (placards, catalogues, memoires, etc.) which are frequently modified.
