Je dois faire une paragraphe sur la déférence entre manager and leader, svp j'ai besoin ke qqu1 me corrige merci d'avance.




The different between the manager and the leader is the
manager accepts reality whereas the leader investigates it. In other word, the
leader try to change how people think
about what’s desirable and possible in the other hand but the manager take an
impersonal. In addition, the leader asks what and why although the manager asks
how and when, that into say the leader develop fresh approaches to problems and
the manager negotiate and coerce. Balance opposing views. Moreover, the manager
focuses on systems and structure; the leader focuses on people, it means that, the leader attracted to ideas, relate to
others directly, but the manager prefer working with people, but maintain
minimal emotional involvement. Beside, the
Manager have subordinate whereas Leaders have followers. Furthermore, Leaders
follow their own intuition which may inturn be more benefit to company.Their
Followers are often more loyal to them.Managers do things by the book and
follow company policy.Their Subordinates may or maynot be loyal to them.

Y'a pas de quoi s'excuser. On n'est pas né sachant la structure d'une compo. Il était une fois que moi non plus je savais pas écrire un texte dans une forme élaborée et en respectant les règles du genre auquel il appartient. On n'apprend qu'après beaucoup de pratique, pas vrai ?

Rectification. J'ai omis par accident une partie du troisième paragraphe :
