What advice yould you give to a foreign manager who is going to manage staff in your country?
Ma réponse est :
recognition :The feedback you give your team about their work is fundamental to their motivation.
You need relationship, not necessarily personalship.
When thinking about motivation it is important to take the long-term view, and enthousiasm : to get things done which they can communicate to other people.
finaly, gives staff doing the work the power to make decisions.
